My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and simple, but some areas were filthy and cracked up. Despite this, the room didn't smell bad and was functional. The dampness was a constant issue. The service was extremely nice during late check-in, and the facility had comfortable beds. However, housekeeping could have been more attentive. The location was excellent for my trip, especially for business in Lakeland, with friendly staff nearby. The dining options were limited but decent. Overall, a mixed experience with some strong positives and negatives.
The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making for a perfect stay with a quiet atmosphere and a cozy bed. The staff, particularly the housekeeper, was incredibly nice and attentive. However, there was an issue with the location near a laundry mat in a not-so-great area, which led to a mid-week upgrade. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a better selection compared to similar hotels.
